As President of Your Leadership Lab, we’re a small, specialized team of leadership coaches and personal branding strategists helping potential leaders and high performers LEVEL UP their influence, self-confidence, reputation, and career in the corporate world.
I’ve successfully re-branded my own career 4 times as one of the few women disc jockeys in radio to host a morning show, to navigating up the career ladder through 4 industries, 2 Fortune 100 companies, and a roller coaster ride of re-orgs, new leadership, and company downsizing. While working 15+ years inside a Fortune 100 high tech company, I learned so much about branding myself, getting bigger leadership opportunities, and gaining the respect and influence of corporate executives – I was named career strategist and personal branding coach to our Fortune 100 company’s VP’s, Directors and high performers for 8 years.
And now I help others do the same. I’ve written 2 multiple award-winning books and continue to speak at 500+ global conferences and company events including across the United States, Canada, Ireland, Israel, Malaysia, Mexico, Kenya, Bali and Singapore.

Her company, Your Leadership Lab awards coaching scholarships to women in Afghanistan, Pakistan and Kenya to help further their career. She is also the owner of the “Pass It Forward” Scholarship Fund that helps diverse working women at South Mountain Community College advance their education and career. Sherri serves on the Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation Board of Directors.
